You will be able to download a template where the information can required will need to be added prior to loading uploading the file.

The template contains the following fields:

  • Invoice #
  • Customer code
  • Payment Method
  • Date Paid
  • Discount
  • Amount Paid
  • Reference Number
    • Notes

    Instructions

    Follow the steps below:

    Go to Account Receivables > Receive Payment.

    Click on the  "Receive Payment From Excel File" link.

     Download the sample excel file and update it. Remember that in multilocation companies, the Location code is required.
