Overview

Users who utilize Ground Services for certain shipments have the option to select Ground shipment through the FedEx integration. In order to do this:

Go to Setup  > Click on Customers > Find your account row > Find the Column Actions > Hover your mouse over the row your company is in under such column and select the option Edit link.

Find the option Show Fields and select FedEx Integration.

Find the option Service Type and select Ground Service on the drop-down list.

Remember that this option will also be displayed on other sections that have the option to select the FedEx Service Type, such as:

  • Shipping

  • Add Order

  • Setup Customer and Ship to
