Overview

Users who utilize Ground Services for certain shipments have the option to select Ground shipment through the FedEx integration. In order to do this:

Remember that this option will also be displayed on other sections that have the option to select the FedEx Service Type, such as:

  • Shipping

  • Add Order

  • Setup Customer and Ship to
