Lock a Standing Order
Go to Prebooks & SO's and Selectselect Standing Order Summary.
Use the Search filter to find the Standing Order that you want to lock.
Click on the drop-down arrow , under from the Actions column.
Click on the "Lock " option.

The lock icon will appear under the Comments column. To unlock an Standing Order just repeat the process above, but click on the Unlock option.
