Lock a Standing Order to prevent changes
In this article, you will learn to lock and unlock Standing Orders to avoid possible changes.
User Roles: Administrator and Procurement Managers.

Lock a Standing Order
Go to Prebooks & SO's and select Standing Order Summary.
Search the Standing Order.
Click on the drop-down arrow from the Actions column.
Click on the Lock option.
The lock icon will appear under the Comments column.
To unlock an Standing Order just repeat the process above, but click on the Unlock option.
Lock a Standing Order from the Standing Order Summary screen.
