UPC labels for product in units can be printed while opening boxes from the Staging Are, Inventory in boxes and Order Entry screens and also, from the Units Inventory screen. This article explains how to print UPC labels for inventory in units. This will speed up the billing process through the scanner gunfrom the Inventory in Units screen.

UPC information can be entered while creating Standing Orders, Prebooks and Standalone PO's and also, from the Product Setup as the number entered in the Bunch Code field will be taken as UPC number.

Go to Inventory>>Inventory Summary.


Ui step

 Click on inventory in units.


Ui step

Use the available filters to find the product for which you want to print the UPC labels.


Ui step

Go to the Actions column and click on Print UPC Case Label.


Ui step

Wait a couple of minutes until the labels are generated.

  1. Product name.                                 
  2. SKU number (legacy code).              
  3. UPC number (or Bunch Code).         
  4. Unit type.
  5. Unit price.
  6. Arrival date (available when the setting Show Arrival Date and Aging for Units is enabled).
