View Inventory Adjustments
To view adjustments recently made to the Inventory, do the following instructions:
Go to Inventory> click on Inventory Summary > Select the Inventory in Units option.
After clicking
"Inventory in Units
,” click
"Inventory units adjustment
.” On this screen, the user will have a summary of all previous

To see detailed information from these previous units' inventory adjustments, the user must go to
the Actions column and click on the View link.
After clicking
the link, the system will display detailed information
on the adjustments made and the person who did it. The system allows users to export to
Excel any
adjustments report.

Adjust Inventory in Units
To add a new adjustment to the unit's
Inventory, do the following instructions
:
Go to Inventory
and select Inventory Summary.
Click on Inventory in Units
.
Click on Inventory Units Adjustment.
Click on the New Adjustment green button.
The system will display the currently available
units'
Inventory for the day
, allowing users to enter the Adjusted Bunches quantity
in case the physical inventory quantity and the system's information
don't match.
The user can also add new items
if additional units are found when executing the
Physical Inventory. To add these, click on the Add Inventory green button.
The system will show a pop-up window called Add Inventory Unit. Enter the information requested and click on Add.
A new line with the newly added units will appear
on the units adjustment screen and
the "Inventory in Units" page.
Once done, the user can
see all the adjustments made to the Inventory in Units

A) Replace the total number of bunches in the
Inventory
In this case, the system will replace all
your units
in
Inventory with the amount you enter during the adjustment.

B) Reduce or increase the total number of bunches in the
Inventory
In this case, the system will
consider both the amount you enter during the adjustment process and the amount of the
Inventory for recalculating the total
unit amount.
1. In this case, we have 69 units of Pom Novelty White Brisa 70 cm
3. We perform an adjustment and enter 80 units.
2. We sell nine units so that we will have 60 units.
3) We perform an adjustment and enter 80 units.
4. In this order, the system will do the following: 80 (
Adjusted Bunches) -69 (Original Bunches)=
11 (
Adjusted Bunches).
This quantity will be added to the units
in the
Inventory:
11 Adjusted + 60
Available= 71. So, the system will display a total of 71 units.
