Add products to the Hard Goods Inventory

To start adding products to your Hard Goods Inventory, do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Inventory and select the Inventory Summary tab.

  2. Click on the manage hard goods inventory link.

  6. Click on Save.

Info

You can edit the product's UPC number by clicking on the Unit UPC field in the Add hard goods screen. Any changes made here will apply to future transactions for that specific product.

Hard Goods Pricing

To manage the Hard Goods prices, do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Inventory and select the Pricing tab.

  3. Enter the Unit Cost, Unit Price, and Discounts for each item as needed.

These prices will be set for the items entered into the hard goods inventory.

Info

You can use the tab or up and down arrow keys to navigate between columns.

The pricing page displays the prices for all Hard Goods items. It differs from the Live Goods Pricing page because it doesn't show the actual inventory. Instead, it consolidates all previously added items to the Setup > Products screen.
