Excerpt

To create a Prebook, the default required fields are Customer, Truck Date and Products. The system allows to make the vendor required for a given user while adding or editing a product in a Prebook.

Go to Setup >> Users


Ui step

 Click on the Search button to find the user you are going to set up the setting for.

Under the Actions column click on "Edit".


Ui step

The Add/Edit User window will pop-up, click on the Options tab.


Ui step

Check the option  Require vendor for Prebooks.


Ui step

 Click on Save to finish.



How Does this Option Work?

When this setting has been enabled, the system will require the vendor to add a product line.
