Go to Setup >> Click on Price Lists tab >> Select the Price Lists link.

 To assign a specific location for your Price Lists, look for the location using the filters. Then, go to Actions >> Click on Edit.

A pop-up window called "Add Price List" will appear. There you have a "Locations" field in where you can enter the different locations that you want to have the Price List available for. After adding the locations click on Save. The Price List will apply for the customers associated with that specific location(s). 

To assign the Price List to a specific customer go to Actions column > Click on Associate Customers.

A pop-up called "Associate Customers to Price List" will appear. There you will have a list of the customers available depending on the Locations per Price List and Customers to be associated. They should be associated to the same location and price list to work properly.

Then, select the customers that you want to associate to the Price List. You can select them one by one. Click on the customer that you want to select and then click on the transfer key pointing towards the Selected Customer field box.  

 You can also select them all at once. Click on the key with two arrows that points to the right side and the system will move all the available customers.

To unselect a customer already selected you can use the key with one arrow pointing back to heAvailable Customers field box, or you can just use the key with two arrows to unselect all of them at once.

 Finally, Click on Save and a yellow confirmation pop-up window will appear.

After assigning the Price List to a specific customer, you will be able to see this information in the Setup > Customers > search for a specific customer once found, go to the "Actions" column click on "Edit" then click on the Price List tab. There you will see the Price List assigned to that customer along with the Location.
