This article explains how to edit or verify the FedEx order details from the Order Entry screen. This step should be carried out before sending the order information to FedEx from the Shipping  Summary screen.

Ui step

Create the order as explained in Creating a New Invoice. Make sure you select FedEx in the Carrier field and the correct Ship To (in case it applies).

Notice that once you select FedEx as the order carrier, the system will display the FedEx Details information below the invoice details. Once you save the order header, the system will display the Change FedEx Order Details link.



Ui step

Click on Change FedEx Details to review and change any FedEx information for the current order. This information will be sent to the FedEx system.

Click on Save to finish.

In case you need to make any additional change in the customer account, click on the customer details link and follow the instructions explained on FedEx Integration: Customer Setup.


Saturday Delivery Service

Users will have an option to select Saturday Delivery for orders that should be delivery in Saturday. By checking this option FedEx system will indicate to FedEx that the order should be delivered through the FedEx Saturday Delivery service, rather than the usual business days of Monday-Friday delivery service. This option will be available when the Ship Date of the order is on Friday and you select Priority Overnight as Service Type.
