Salespeople can easily check the status of orders shipped through the FedEx integration and obtain the tracking number.


Shipping Status


Go to Order Entry>>Order Summary and use the available filters to find the order you want to track. The carrier column will display a check icon (tick) for orders successfully sent through FedEx or a warning icon (warning) for orders that have not been synchronized or that failed in the synchronization process. By hovering the mouse over the icon, you will see the details such as tracking number, pieces sent, fail reasons, and more.
