Overview

The system allows managing information related to pullers. This will help managers identify the pullers timing and productivity.Users will be able to see which Puller scanned a box and/or if boxes are missing to be scanned.

To Add a New Puller:

  1. Go to Shipping>Order Summary.
  2. Click on the Actions button and select Manage Warehouse Pullers.



  3. A pop-up window called  Manage Warehouse Pullers will appear. The user should Click on the "New Puller" button. Another window will pop-up called New Warehouse Puller. Enter the information requested and click on Save

Editing, deleting or deactivating a puller:

  1. To edit the puller click on the Actions column in the Manage Warehouse Pullers option and click on the Edit link. 

     

  2. To delete the puller click on the Actions column in the Manage Warehouse Pullers option and click on the Delete icon. 



  3. To deactivate the puller without deleting it, go to the Actions column in the Manage Warehouse Pullers option and click on edit once the puller's information opens up, checkoff the active checkbox.



Export to PDF Warehouse Puller Code

Users can export a PDF file with the Warehouse puller's codes.

To export:

  1. Go to Shipping > click on Order Summary.
  2. Click on the Actions button and select Manage Warehouse Pullers.
  3. Search for the Puller needed to print the code for and click on the Export to PDF button.



  4. The system will download a PDF file with the Puller name and code. 

 

 

Assign Orders to Pullers using the Scanner Gun:

To assign an order to a specific puller please follow these steps: 

  1. From the Scanner's main menu, select option # 7 "Puller" and scan the puller code before scanning the orders.



  2. If the company has a password set to start the scanning process, the system will prompt the user for the password. 


  3. If the company does not have a password setup, the system will show the option to scan the Puller Code. The user should scan the Puller Code to continue scanning the order.



  4. Users can start scanning orders as usual. In order to assign a puller, an order must exist. 

  5. Users will be able to continue scanning orders assigned to a different puller by scanning another puller's code if needed. The system will recognize the change and will assign orders to the new puller. In cases, where one puller was already assigned to an order the system will show a warning message for users to reassign the new puller or cancel as desired.



  6. The name of the Puller assigned can be seen from Shipping > Order Summary. When hovering the mouse over the name of the Puller, users will be able to see the date and time the last box was scanned and the date the puller was assigned.



  7. From the Order Summary Users will be able to search by puller using the filters provided.
