Overview

The system will allows you to assign and manage all related to the Pullers.The users will be able to see who was the puller that scanned a box and the amount of boxes missing for scanning.

To add a new puller follow the next instructions:

  1. Go to Shipping > click on Order Summary.
  2. Click on Actions button and select Manage Warehouse Pullers.


  3. A pop up window called  Manage Warehouse Pullers will appear, the user should Click on New Puller button. After that, the system will show a window called New Warehouse Puller. Enter the information requested and click on Save

     

  4. To edit the puller click go to the Actions column in the Manage Warehouse Pullers option and click on the Edit link. 



  5. To delete the puller, you will have the option in the Actions Column and Delete link. 


  6. Also, the user will have the option to deactivate the puller without deleting it. 



  7. Once the puller is created it will be assigned to an order using the scanner gun. Follow the instructions bellow. 

 

ASSIGN ORDERS TO PULLERS USING SCANNER GUN

To assign an order to an specific puller please follow the next instructions in the scanner gun:

  1. Select the option number # 7 "Puller" in the scan gun and scan the puller code before scan the orders. If the user has password set to access, the system will show the option to enter password. 



  2. If not, the system will show the option to scan the Puller Code. The user should scan the Puller Code to continue with the assignation:


  3. Then users can start scanning the orders as usual. The order should exist to assign the puller. If not, the system will let them know with a beep sound. 

  4. For the users to be able to continue scanning orders for another Puller, they only should scan the other Puller's Code and the system will recognize the change. Then, they can continue scanning but with a new puller. The cases that an order was assigned to a previous puller, the system will show a warning message for users to accept the new puller or cancel.



  5. The system will show in the Shipping > Order Summary the name of the Puller assigned. When passing the cursor over the name of the Puller, the users will be able to see date and time in where the last box was scanned. 



  6. The users will have a drop down filter to select the Puller that you need to search. 



 

Export to Excel Warehouse Puller Code

The system will allows the user to have a code for each puller that should be scanned before the order. 

To export  please follow the next steps:

  1. Go to Shipping > click on Order Summary.
  2. Click on Actions button and select Manage Warehouse Pullers.
  3. Search for the Puller that you want to print the code and click on Export to PDF button.



  4. The system will download a PDF file with the Puller name and code.
