Overview

Komet Sales allows you to add the declared value to your orders which will be printed on the single or consolidated BOL (Bill of Lading).

NOTE

If for some reason you want to delete the Declared Value just do steps 2 and 3 and type number zero (0) in the "set Declared Value" field and save.

To add the Declared Value, just follow the steps below:

If you don't have the Declared Value column activated in your system please do step one, but if you do skip it and start from step two.

  1.  Go to Shipping > Order Summary,  then click on the "Gear" icon and place a check mark next to "Declared Value" and Save.

      2. Now the Declared Value column will appear then click on Add Declared Value for the order that you want to add the value.

      3. A window will pop-up. Go ahead and complete the "Set Declared Value" field with the proper dollar amount, and click on Save.

       4. Now you'll be able to see the Declared Value on the screen.
