Overview

The Inventory Rotation will automatically organize the products based on their aging, as a result, the system will always display the oldest products on top of the searching results, followed by the newest.

Instructions

Only the sales managers can setup this option, to do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Setup > Settings. 

2. Click on Order Entry Options.

3. Check the Enable Inventory Rotation option, and click on Save.

   

Note that the sales managers can uncheck the Enable Inventory Rotation option at any time in the top right hand of the inventory screen. To do this, follow the next steps:

1. Go to Order Entry > Add Order. 

2. Enter the information requested and click on add Items.

   

3. Click on the setting symbol and click on Enable Inventory Rotation check-box.
