In this article you will learn how to mark boxes as Don’t Open from the Staging Area to keep users from opening specific boxes.

User Roles: Admin, Procurement User, Sales Manager, and Inventory.

Mark a Box as Don’t Open

You can prevent boxes from being opened once they are confirmed in the Staging Area by checking the box in the Don't Open column of each line.

Can’t see the column? Enable it by clicking the gear icon at the top of the table and selecting it from the options.

Add custom columns by clicking on the gear icon.
