Important Considerations

Please consider the following statements before scanning boxes:

  • Change the position of a box. To change the position of a box, use option five, 5: Update Box Location.

  • Scanning shipped boxes. The system will prevent a box already shipped from being marked as received. A validation will appear on the scan gun screen if this happens.

  • Return a box to inventory. To return previously invoiced and scanned as shipped boxes, use option six, 6: Return Boxes.

Please remember to use the returning option (6) in the scan gun to register returned boxes before putting them back. Failing to do so may create problems when reconciling the inventory at the end of the day.
