From this option, you can add or remove the different ports of origin from where you purchase products and set up the transit days per location.In order to set up the ports of origin for your company, please follow the next steps:

1) Go to Setup>>Settings>>Company tab

2) Under the shipping title, click on Manage Ports

3) The Manage Ports window will open, from this window you can see the ports the company has added. By going to the Actions column you will be able to edit or delete a given port. For adding a port, click on Add a new port.

Setting up the ship days before the truck day per location

Since the date for a product to arrive can vary for each location even if they come from the same port of origin, the system allows you to set up the transit days per each port on a per-location basis. For doing that, please follow the next steps:

1) Go to Setup>>Settings

2) In the Locations Tab, select a location, then go to the Shipping title and click on Manage ports.

3) For a given port, go to the Ship Days before the Truck Date column, enter the number of transit days, and hit the enter key to confirm. Once you have finished click on Close.
