Overview

Certain users are able to change the Ship Date from the Shipping->Order Summary screen.

This option is only available for authorized users. If you want to allow a user to change a ship date, please read Setup Company Users & User Options.

 

Instructions
 

In order to change a ship date, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Shipping > Order Summary.

  2. Use the available filters to find the order or the orders you want to edit and select it, by checking the box to the left of the order number column.

  3. Find the "Actions" button and click on the "Change Ship Date" link.


  4. Enter a ship date and click on Continue



  5. The system will ask you to confirm the number of order to update. Enter it and click on Save. Once you do that, the new ship date will be recorded.

    Remember you can also change in bulk the ship day of several orders. For doing that, just check the first box, next to the Order column. Then, follow the steps above from the third.
