This report allows company users to keep track of their sales by product type, including sales in boxes, units and hard-goods. 

Instructions

The "Sales by Item Summary Report" report can be generated in Excel or PDF format. This report includes items in boxes, units, and hardgoods.  To generate this report, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Reports > Product Report
  2. Specify the Order Date From and Order Date To.  You can also filter it by Salesperson, Category or Product.
  3. Click on the PDF or Excel icon to generate the  Sales by Item Summary report.

This report includes the following columns:

  • Category: Product category
  • Variety:  Product variety
  • Grade: Product grade.  Does not apply to hard good items.
  • FBE: Full box equivalent. Does not apply to hard good items.
  • Total Units: Total Units Sold
  • Unit Type:  Stem or Bunch. Does not apply to hard good items.
  • Amount: Total amount sold
  • Sales %:  Percentage that it represents in the total sales.
  • Average Price:  Average unit price.
  • Cost: Total Cost
  • COGS: Cost of goods sold.
  • AWB Freight:  AWB Freight. Does not apply to hard good items.
  • Average COGS: Average cost of goods sold.
  • Gross Profit:  Total gross profit.
  • GPM %:  Gross Profit Margin.
