Overview
This article explores the different issues you may encounter while adding products to your shopping cart. Komet offers custom error messages and warning messages, so you will only order products that are actually available.
Context
While ordering products on e-commerce, cut-off times will limit the range of products available at the time you are placing a given order. It is possible that you are not able to place an order or add a certain product to your shopping cart. This would depend on your carrier and ship date combination, cut-off times (set up per company or per carrier) or the remaining time controlled by the e-commerce timer.
Common Messages
There are a variety of reasons why e-commerce orders cannot be completed. Messages as the following would appear.

This order has been canceled. The system requires that you check out before the time shown expires. There are no products available for the selected ship date & carrier combination | This message will appear when there are no products available due to the ship date and carrier chosen. | In this case, we recommend you to select a different date or carrier. |
Products from this source () are no longer available for the ship date but are available for a later ship date. | This message, along with the red clock icon will appear when the cut-off time of the original source of the product has been reached. | In this case, we recommend you to select a different product, date or carrier or contact your sales representative so they can review your case. |
The system will help you to know when an order or product line is about to expire, check the warning messages that will appear so you don't have troubles with your order:
