Overview

It is usual that a company wishes to award its best clients. Companies can set up a point system for them to promote sales.

Important

  • In the next sample images, points are named "Komet Points" but you can customized the way how your point system is named: awards, rewards, points, the way you want it. To set up this option, please contact our support team. 
  • Each company shall be responsible for updating points for their customers according to their purchases and make the calculations. Customer points can be updated through the API method customer.reward.set.


How Does this Option Work for Komet's Users?

Sales users will be able to visualize this information from the sales screens, since the points accumulated will appear in invoices and while adding items to an order, as in the next image. Komet points are also visible from the sales dashboard.


Accounting users will have access to this information as well, since the accumulated points will appear in the Statement:


How Does this Option Work for E-commerce Buyers?

Your buyers will see their points accumulated while adding shopping in your e-commerce.
