Users can set a daily limit for growers to control how many days in advance a Purchase Order can be confirmed by growers. This is helpful in case any changes need to be made to that Purchase Order.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to Setup and select Settings.
- Click on Purchase Order Options from the Purchase Orders section.
This option will allow users to:
- Restrict confirmations when clicking on the check box: Restrict PO confirmation.
- Set a number of days for the Purchase Order to be restricted or limited.
