Overview

Komet allows for the customer to add mixed boxes from different products and pack them in one or various boxes.The products in which the customer will be building mixed are from Vendor Availability. In order for the customer to use this option the Vendor Availability feature must be enabled.

Instructions

Follow these steps:

1. Go to www.kometsales.com and click on the "Login" button on the upper right-hand corner.
2. Enter the username and password and click on Login. 
3. Enter the shipping information by choosing a "Ship Date" and "Carrier", unless it was automatically set for you.

4. Click on the Mixed Boxes button.
   
   

   When the products have a lock, by hovering over your mouse the system will give message of the information that is missing in order to purchase the item, this all depends on the settings and options setup for the product.

5. Under the "Purchase Bunches" column enter the quantity that is going to be purchased. Click on "Add" under the Actions column.
   
   
   
   
6. Once the product has been added this will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen.
   
   

7. You can remove the item if needed by clicking on the "Remove" link under the Actions column.
   
   

   When you remove the product this will still display in Your Cart with Boxes, Units/Box, Unit Price and Total in 0. The user has to remove the line item entirely from the order.

   When the "Percentage of box filled" is in red this means the box hasn't been filled entirely and this is green it means the box is filled.

8. Once the items are added to the order, these will appear in Your Cart. Click on View Cart.
   
   
9. The Shopping Cart window will pop up and show you the products purchased. Here you can "Remove" or "Edit" the line item.
10. Click on Checkout if done purchasing.
