How does this integration work?

Using some of the available API methods, you can synchronize your Open Market and Future Sales inventories with FMI Farms. That way, when a Customer places an order through FMI Farms for your products, the system will automatically create an order in your Komet Sales account.

Here are some of the highlights:

• You have Open Market Inventory (On-Hand or Future) available to sell to your FMI Farms Customers.

• Your inventory is synchronized and updated to the FMI Farms system every 5 minutes.

• Customers can buy products directly from the FMI Farms website.

• Once a customer checks out an order, Komet Sales automatically creates an Invoice or a Prebook in your Komet account.

Create Tokens

To enable this integration, it is necessary to create a Customer Token. Do the following instructions to create this token for FMI Farms:

1. Go to Setup and select Settings.

2. Click on Tokens in the Integrations group.

3. Click on New Token.

4. Select Customer in the Token Type field. You can test this token using the following API methods:

   • customer.shipto.list

   • ecommerce/inventory.list

   • invoice.details.list

   • invoice.list

   • invoice.pdf.get

   • web-order-details.list

   • web-order-item.add

   • web-order-item.delete

   • web-order.checkout

   • web-order.create

   • web-order.delete

5. Add the token description.

6. Click on Generate to create the token.

7. Click on Save.

8. Send the created tokens to the FMI Farms team so they can integrate your FMI Farms account with your Komet Sales account.

Get your Customer ID

FMI Farms needs the Customer ID that represents FMI Farms in your account. To get this ID, do the following instructions:

1. Go to Setup and select Customers.

2. Search the FMI Farms Customer.

3. Click on Export to Excel.

4. Open the Excel file. Your Customer ID is in the Id column.

Get your Company ID

FMI Farms also needs to know the Company ID that represents your Company in Komet Sales Network. To get your company ID, do these instructions:

1. Click on your user image at the top right of the screen.

2. Click on My Profile. The Company ID is located under the Company Name.
