Overview

The Free Shipping process allows warehouse staff to scan boxes using the Free Shipping option on the scanner gun.This option is used to mark the boxes as shipped, the scanner will read the labeles and the system will mark the box as Shipped. 

Instructions

Here are the steps to scan using the Free Shipping option:

1. Select option number four on the scan gun.
   
   
   
   

2. Enter the Password as requested.

   The password is added by the administrator of the company, without the password this option will not work. Refer to the following link for Free Shipping - Password.

   

    

3. Scan the shipping label.

   
   
   
   

4. After scanning the first shipping label, continue with the rest of the boxes.
   
   
   
   
5. When done scanning the boxes the user can go back by selecting the option number cero and then click "Enter". This will then send the user back to the previous menu.
