Hold Products from the Inventory
To hold products from the inventory, do the following instructions:
Go to Inventory and select the Pricing tab.
Find the product you want to hold.
In the Hold column, type the quantity you want to hold and press Enter.
The product line will display a padlock next to the product name:
The A gray padlock means indicates that there are some quantities on hold.
The Black A black padlock means you reserve (hold) have reserved all available products in the inventory items, staging area, and future inventory from the Pricing tab. In this case, and the on-hold product will not be visible to the sales team.

To make products on hold available again, set the Hold value to 0 and press Enter. |
Hold Items From the Future Inventory
