    Pay an E-commerce Order with a Credit Card

    To place an E-commerce order and pay with a Credit Card, follow the steps below:

    A new window called Your Shopping Cart will open, review the order details and click on Pay & Checkout to proceed with the payment. A confirmation window will appear, click on Yes to continue.

    A new window will appear, proceed to enter your credit card information and click on Pay to finish. A confirmation window will appear. In case you have available time to continue shopping, the system will give you the option. If you click on No, thanks, in the confirmation window, you will be taken to the Order Summary tab where you can view your orders.

    Remember that any pending open market orders to be approved by the account manager will have the status of "Pending Approval" until they are reviewed and approved by the assigned salesperson.

    Credit card payment no processed

    In case your payment did not go through, the following message will appear:

    In some cases, credit card payments will be mandatory to complete the checkout process and process with the shipping. If something occurs and the credit card payment didn't go through, the next message will appear:

    Go to www.kometsales.com and click on the "Login" button on the upper right-hand corner.

     Enter the username and password and click on Login.

     Enter the shipping information by choosing a ship date and a carrier, unless it was automatically set for you.

     Add the items to the shopping cart by entering the quantity amount into the "Purchase" column field, then press the enter key to add it or use the Add option.

    By hovering over the shopping cart icon, this will show the total amount of boxes that have been selected to be purchased, click on View Cart.

    1. Login into your Komet e-commerce account.

    2. Enter the Shipping Information (Shipping Date, Shipping Address, Carrier, Shipping Via, etc).

    3. Find the products you want.
      To learn how to search products, read the Product Search in the E-Commerce section.

    4. In the Order Qty column, enter the number of boxes you want for the product, and click Add.

    5. Once you finish adding products to your order, click on the Shopping Cart to review your order.

    6. Click on Pay & Checkout to pay your order with a credit card.

    7. Click on Place Order to confirm the purchase.

    8. Select the credit card that you would like to use for payment, then click on the Pay button.

    9. In the Payment Status Screen, click on Close.

    10. Click on the "X" to finish or click on Continue Shopping if you want to keep shopping.

    If you don't have a credit card added to your e-commerce but want to, go to Add a Credit Card to your E-Commerce Account and follow the instructions.
