Instructions
Go to Inventory > Pricing.
Search for the desired product.
Under the "Hold" column, type in the quantity to be placed on hold, and press ''Enter''.

Hold Products from the Inventory
To hold products from the inventory, do the following instructions:
Go to Inventory and select the Pricing tab.
Find the product you want to hold.
In the Hold column, type the quantity you want to hold and press Enter.
The product line will display a padlock next to the product
To remove from hold (the padlock) and allow the sales team to see the items as available in the inventory, type 0 on the ''Hold'' field and press ''Enter''.

To see which items are currently on hold, Go to the Inventory Summary, all items placed on hold will have a padlock next to their name. |

Hold Items From the Future Inventory

Once a product is confirmed, there is an option to
automatically put the products
on hold
. For more information
- Go to Inventory > Pricing.
- Click on Future inventory.
- Under the "Hold" column, type in the quantity to be placed on hold, and press ''Enter''.
The system will display a padlock next to the product's name to show the product's hold status.
Info If you click on the Mass Update button, you can hold or release all the items all at once.
