There are three ways to open Hard Goods Boxes to sell them by units:
From the Inventory screen. To learn how, go to the Open Hard Goods Boxes from the Inventory Screen section.
From the Order Entry. To learn how, go to the Open Hard Goods Boxes from the Add Order Screen section.

Openable hard goods boxes
You can only open boxes of products with a Pack Size greater than 1, and where the Qty and Total Units columns have different values.
Unit Price Increase

Open Hard Goods Boxes from the Inventory Screen
To learn how to open Hard Goods Boxes from the Inventory screen, do the following instructions:
Go to Inventory and select the Inventory Summary tab.
Click on the manage hard goods inventory link.
Use the filters to find the specific product which you want to open boxes.
In the Actions column, click on the Open Item option.
In Quantity to Open, enter the number of boxes you want to open.
Click on the Open green button.
Open Hard Goods Boxes from the Add Order Screen
To learn how to open Hard Goods Boxes from the Order Screen, do the following instructions: .
Go to Order Entry and select the Add Order tab.
Enter the order information and click on the Add items button.
Click on the Hard Goods tab.
Use the search bar to find the specific product which you want to open boxes.
In the Actions column, click on the Open Item option.
In Quantity to Open, enter the number of boxes you want to open.
Click on the Open green button.
Once you receive the confirmation message, you will be able to add the items to the order as units.
