Overview

Komet Sales allows for administrators to restrict access to the system by an IP address for company users so that they can only see the information of the company from known locations. 

Instructions

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Setup > Settings.
  2. Under "Company Setup" click on IP Restrictions.



  3. The IP Restrictions window will open up, here you can manage all the valid IP addresses that a Komet Sales account can be accessed from.
  4. In the "Description" field enter the description of the IP that you would like to view, Edit or Delete. Click on Search.

    Keep in mind that the IP restrictions will only apply to the Company Users that have this feature enabled.

  5. You can add a "New IP Restriction" if needed by clicking on the green button.
  6. Enter the "IP" and "Description" in the respective fields. Click on Save
