Data Import

Factor for Mixed Boxes

The factor allows the user to determine the minimum and maximum factor (capacity) of a particular box type, to avoid for the box to be filled beyond its' capacity or not full enough when the box is being built through E-commerce with assorted Vendor Availability product.

Price lists

Using price lists can be very helpful for many reasons, such as overseas customers, price agreements with particular customers, etc. You can create as many price lists as you want and assign them to your customers; this way, they will have adjusted prices based on the season, their location, etc.

Printing Component

The Printing Component is an application used to print remotely within Komet Sales system.

Products

Add new products and edit the old ones. Categories and product pack defaults can also be managed from this screen to help you do everything easier and faster!.

This feature will be especially useful if you need detailed information about sales, vendors, account receivables, inventory and more. Easily evaluate your team performance with just a click, get a complete commission's report without complicated calculations, and the list continues!

Settings for Multiple Location Companies

Users are able to set different options and information for Prebooks, Order Entry and E-Commerce for each location. Please refer to the E-commerce module for more information regarding the E-Commerce portal.

Users

Create users in order to get your business going. There are three type of users: company users, vendor users and customer users. You can assign different roles to your company users according to your operational needs. Add as many vendor users as you want to give them access to the vendor portal and customer users if you want them to use the E-commerce portal.

Vendors

The vendor portal allows vendors to review their shipments, view their purchase orders, upload their invoices, print shipping labels, postpone shipments and more.
