Overview

The system allows users to choose which information should be printed on the BOL. If the product information is too long, a generic description can be used. The option to create the BOL for Mass Market accounts is also available from this part of the system.

Generic Product Description

The system allows the user to choose a generic product description "Fresh Cut Flowers" or to use the full product description as needed.

This setting applies both for single BOLs and consolidated BOLs. For further information, please read Printing Bills of Lading (BOLs).

BOL for Mass Market 

The system will allow for the BOL for Mass Market accounts to be created. The BOL will include columns with Item Id #, Item Code, Qty, Product, Pack, Pallets, UPC and Box Size values.

This setting only applies for consolidated BOLs. For further information, please read Printing Bills of Lading (BOLs).
