Overview

Sales can build mixed boxes with the same product that's in inventory in units , this will be then added to the order when the user is invoicing. 

Instructions

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Order Entry > Add Order.
  2. Fill in the General Order Information
  3. Click on the "Add Items" green button.



  4. The Inventory window will pop up, click on the "Units". 
  5. On the upper right hand corner click on the "Build Boxes".



  6. The "Add Mixed Boxes" window will pop up, fill in the Item Information
  7. The Breakdown Information, use the filters "Product" and/or "Vendor" to start building the box. 
  8. Click on Search.



  9. On the "Bunches to Add" column enter the quantity and that is going to added, enter the "Price" of the product if needed. 
  10. The products selected will then appear on the right side of the grid.

  11. The use may "Delete" the line item if needed under the Actions column. 
  12. Once done building the box, click on the "Finish box" green button.
  13. The order will then will be created and the breakdown with a star symboled to notify the product come with a breakdown. 
  14. Click on the star to show the products within that product line.
