When shipping out of Miami, FL, Armellini has certain states that have an earlier cutoff. In order to effectively manage this through the system it is recommended to setup an additional carrier for Armellini early cutoff customers.

New "Early" carrier for Armellini

It is recommended that you create a new "Armellini Early" (or any name that works for your organization) carrier which can have its own cutoffs (Add and Manage Carriers).  Once you've setup the new early cutoff carrier do the following:
