Production Card Management

In this article, you will learn how to create and manage production cards for product sowing and harvest control.

User Roles: Grower Company.

Productions cards are only available for the products having a Data Sheet associated. To learn more, read Data Sheets Management.


Create a Production Card

To add a new production card, do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Grower and select Production.

  2. Click on the Add Production Card green button.

  3. Click on the Add Production Card green button.

  4. Enter the required information.

  5. Click on Save. 

Once you enter the sowing and disbud dates, the system will calculate all the estimated and real dates in the table below. The Estimated Production is calculated as follows: Flower Density x Bed Factor x Productivity (if the productivity, density, or bed percentage are modified (Data Sheets Management), the system will calculate the Corrected Production.

 

You can add production card information from the Grower - Production screen.

Edit or Delete Production Cards

To edit or delete a production card, do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Grower and select Production.

  2. Search the Productions Card.

  3. Go to the Actions column and click on the trash can icon to delete a Production Card, or click on the icon with a sheet of paper to edit it.

  4. If you are editing a card, modify the information and click on Save to store the changes.

Use the actions column in the Production screen to manage existing production cards.

Print Production Cards

To print an individual production card, click on the printer icon from the actions column. If you want to print multiple production cards, do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Grower and select Production.

  2. Click on the Actions gray button and select Print Productions Cards.

  3. Once you click on Print Production Cards, the Send Email window will open. The system by default will send to the logged user an email with a link to download a PDF file with the production cards. However, in this window, there is a field where is possible to enter additional email addresses (separated by semicolons) in order to send them a copy of the production cards.

  4. Click on Send to finish.

Identify When a Cut is Completed

Once a product has successfully been cut, you can register it in the system. Open the Add/Edit Production Card window, check the box Full Cut and click on Save. Note that once the full cut box has been checked, the system will mark the Full Cut column in the Production Card Summary window.
