General FAQs

Komet Sales is optimized for Safari, Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. Komet is not fully supported by Internet Explorer or Edge.

To change or reset your password, please go to Change Password or Reset Password.

From your Komet Sales account:

  1. Go to Setup and select Users.

  2. Search the user.

  3. Click on Reset Password.

  4. Click Yes on the pop-up to send a new password to the user.

You can change it from the E-commerce List. Click on the user icon at the top right corner of the screen, select Change your Company and choose the company.

Yes. If you see the green Excel icon, that means you can export any existing data.
