Overview

The system has the option to upload an excel file that contains payment records, so that payments can be massively processed using this file.

You will be able to download a template where the information required will need to be added prior to uploading the file. Download here an example of the file.

 

Instructions

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Account Receivables > Receive Payment.
  2. Click on the  "Receive Payment From Excel File" link.
  3. This will then take you to the screen where you download/upload the template.
  4. Download the sample excel file and update it. Remember that in multilocation companies, the Location code is required.
  5. Upload it when you are done, by dragging the saved file to the dotted area, or clicking within the dotted area to search and select the file to upload.
  6. The company's accounting user that uploaded the file, will receive an email with the results of this upload. Successful and error messages will be provided within the email.
