Overview


It is possible that you are not able to place an order for e-commerce. This might be due to the cut off time set for the current day or to the time limit have been reached.

I couldn't complete the order. What can I Do?

When the cut off time is reached , messages as the following will appear.

  • "The order cannot be checked out since the cut off time set (11:00 EST) has been reached. Please contact your account manager"
  • "The item cannot be added to the order since the cut off time set (11:00 EST) has been reached. Please contact your account manager so they can help you"


SolutionIn this case, we recommend you to contact your account manager so they can review you case and make an exception (if possible) or wait for the next day to place your order.

In case the order couldn't be completed due to the e-commerce timer, please proceed to add the items again to the shopping cart.
