This option will only work if the Clearent Integration has been enabled as well as the Require Credit Card Payment setting for a given customer.


Shipping Restriction

In order to ensure you only proceeds with the shipping process of web orders once they have been paid by the e-commerce customer, the order by will temporary locked until de e-commerce customer completes their payment.

How to remove this restriction?

This restriction will be removed once the order has been paid by the final e-commerce customer, or cancelled, by the timer. In the next case, the order has been voided because the order was not confirmed before the checkout timer expired.
