Unable to Ship an Order

Overview


When the Clearent Integration has been enabled as well as the Require Credit Card Payment setting for a given customer, the system will restrict the confirmation and shipment of unpaid web orders.


Shipping Restriction

To ensure you only proceeds with the shipping process of web orders once they have been paid by the e-commerce customer, the order by will temporary locked until de e-commerce customer completes their payment.

How to remove this restriction?

This restriction will be removed once the order has been paid by the final e-commerce customer, or cancelled, by the timer. In the next case, the order has been voided because the order was not confirmed before the checkout timer expired.
