Overview

Users can create, edit or delete a territory when needed.This is setup to associate a specific customer, please refer to Customer Account "Advanced" Setup

Instructions

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Setup > Settings > Customers.
  2. Click on the "Territories" link.



  3. The "Customer Territories" window will pop-up, click on "Add new territory".



  4. Enter the "Territory Name", by default this will be Active, if needed you can deactivate the option by checking off the box.
  5. Click on Save



  6. The new territory will be displayed as shown below:



  7. Under the Actions column, you can Edit or Delete the territory if needed.
