Grant Access to Technical Support
We understand that confidentiality, integrity, and data availability are vital to your business. To ensure no one can access your information without your permission, we restrict access to the Komet Sales team until you provide it. If you ever experience a problem with your system, you must grant us access to your Komet Account.
To grant access to the Komet Sales support team, do the following instructions:
Click on the Question mark Icon button located at the top of the screen.
Click on Grant Support Access.
Select the date when the access expires.
Click on Grant Access.
Important
Once you have given access to your account, please notify the assigned support agent.
In case your issue is resolved before the time limit, we recommend you remove support access.
Remove Access
To remove technical support access, do the same process and click on Cancel Access.
