Grant access to Technical Support
We understand that confidentiality, integrity, and data availability are vital to your business. To ensure no one can access your information without your permission, we restrict access to the Komet Sales team until you provide it. If you ever experience a problem with your system, you will need to grant us access to your Komet Account.
The following instructions guide you through the process of granting access to the Komet Sales team:
Click on the Need help? button located at the top of the screen.
Click on Grant Support Access.
Select the date when the access expires.
Click on Grant Access.
Important
Once you have granted access to your account, please inform the support agent assigned to your case.
In case your case is resolved before the time limit is reached, you are encouraged to remove Support Access.
Remove or Modify Support Access
To remove or modify the Support Access permission follow these instructions:
Click on the Need help? button.
Click on Modify Access or Cancel Access.
