Overview


Having a wider and yet summarized vision of your company's inventory is very simple with Komet Sales Inventory Statistics.

Based on the totals, it is possible to analyze whether price adjustments are necessary and even have a glimpse on how the Procurement Department is performing.


Taking into account the items in stock and the inventory type, the system calculates the total amount of pieces per inventory type, the total full box equivalence per inventory type and its corresponding percentage.

Product Aging Color Code Key

Information

The aging color key is also available for items in units. This must be enabled from the Sell by units options. For further information read Show Arrival Date and Aging for Units


The aging of the on hand product within the Inventory tab is coded by color as follows:

  • NO COLOR: Product with a negative aging up to 0.
  • YELLOW: Product with an aging from 1 to 4 days.
  • GREEN: Product with an aging from 5 to 9 days.
  • RED: Product with an aging from 10 onwards.
