When a Standing Order is canceled, the system stores the Standing Order as inactive instead of deleting it in case you need to use it again.

To reactivate a canceled Standing Order, do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Prebook & SO's and select Standing Order Summary.

  2. Search the Standing Order.

  3. Click on the drop-down button from the Actions column.

  4. Click on Reactivate.

  5. Click on Yes.

  • This option is only available for Standing Orders with a Cancelled status.

  • According to the Standing Order Settings, once you reactivate a Standing Order, the system automatically generates Prebooks before their Truck Date from that moment on.
