Overview


The Days of Service tab within the customer account allows you to setup the carrier that will be used by default on any given day of the week for a specific customer.

To setup the days of service for a customer follow these steps:

Cube Rate and Transit Days

If the settings Show the Arrival Date Instead of the Ship Date and Outbound Freight are enabled, the system will display the Transit Days and Cube rate columns for the mass update option. Leaving those field empty, the system will keep the information previously set.

Cube Rate and Transit Days

During the creation of a Prebook or a Invoice, the system will suggest the Carrier based on the Ship Date selected and the days of service set up. However, in case you select a carrier and then change the Ship Date for a day where there is not carrier set up, the system will retain the original carrier for the order.
