Overview

The system will default the Unit Type field you choose, once the product is selected on following screens Standing Orders, Prebooks, Purchase Orders Stand Alone and Adding Inventory.This option is for customers that want to have the Unit Type populated automatically when selecting the product on the system. 

To set this option for each product follow the next instructions:

1. Go to the “Setup > Products” tab
2. Then, search the product you want to set this and go to Actions column, click on Edit link.
   
   
   
   
3. Go to Default Unit Type option and select the unit type you prefer for that product. Click on Save to finish.
   
   
   
4. Once you activate a default unit type the system will auto populate the unit type when selecting this product in screens for Standing Orders, Prebooks, Purchase Orders Stand Alone and Adding Inventory.
