Overview


After an item has been added to the inventory it can be easily updated. Changes on the product, vendor, quantity, etc, can be done following these instructions.

Items that have been added to an order cannot be modified. In order to do this the user must remove the item from the order first, make any changes and add it to the order again.


  • Any changes done on product items within Inventory Summary will not be reflected on the original PO or Prebook order.
  • The maximum age for the products displayed on the inventory Summary is 180 days, however you can use the date range filters to find older products. If you want to custom the max. age for certain categories, read Set the Max Age for Products in your Inventory.


Updating an Inventory Item




Important

The update that user made in the inventory will not be reflected in the AWB, Purchase Order or Prebook.

Removing an Item


The system will allow users to remove items in the inventory. In order to do so, follow the steps below:
